15 Superfoods for This Fall

Fall is not only known for the cool Autumn breezes and sweet smells of cinnamon and spice, but unfortunately for the calories.  From the fabulicious seasonal Starbucks Coffee editions, to your favorite pastries of the season, it appears we just can't escape the sugar attractions.


 
Treating yourself in moderation is never a bad thing, but lets remember to also feed our temples with those foods that are high in nutritional value, and over all keeps us active in our healthy lifestyles.  This week, MSN's Healthy Living Segment featured an article on 15 superfoods to keep in the fridge this Fall.  Check it out, and see how you can incorporate superfoods to your favorite Fall sweets and treats.
