Today, we are making it a bit simple. Sorry there's no pics with this meal, because we were famished! The second the food landed on the plate, it was gone. That's what happens sometime after a long week. You just want to take off your stilettos and bra, and sit down and eat.
We whipped up some whole wheat pasta, kale, and organic spaghetti sauce. There is more than enough to go around with this effortless, yet fabulous Friday feast that will please the entire family. To top it off, we sipped on a glass of Chateu Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling wine!
As mentioned, the recipe is simple.
Boil four cups of water in a sauce pan with a pinch of sea salt.
Once the water comes to a boil, add in the organic whole wheat spaghetti, until the texture is to your liking
While the spaghetti is cooking, warm your spaghetti sauce in a sauce pan, adding a variety of fresh herbs
Drain the water
Add sliced kale to the spaghetti sauce mixture
Place mixture on spaghetti
