Fall has officially began, that means autumn leaves, beautiful sunsets, and cool breezes. Well, that is what we should expect, right? Not so much here in Houston, where the high temperatures scream summer BBQ's versus vegetable stew. But, who says we can't imagine? For those quiet evenings, indulge in a hearty veggie soup filled with your favorite veggies and natural stock. Grab a bowl, pull up the recliner, and enjoy.
Ingredients: Celery, broccoli, fresh parsley, fresh cut green beans, kale, tomatoes, and carrots. Note: vegetable stock is not needed for this recipe, the veggies produce a natural stock.
Don't be afraid of the heat, pair with an iced camomile tea.
