Trick-or-Treat



With Halloween right around the corner, families are looking forward to dressing up the kiddos and preparing sugary sweets for the ghosts and goblins. 

This year the SFG's are skipping the candy calories but not the taste with a  Reece's Pieces smoothie! This sweet, yet healthy beverage is filled with protein, natural sugar, and vitamin D. Who says America's favorite candy can't be healthy? 

Ingredients:

1 Tbs. of Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbs of Nutella
1 frozen banana 
1/2 cup of almond milk
Hand full of almonds
1 scoop of plain whey protein powder 
Splash of cool water
4 ice cubes
