Pizza Night

For a quick and healthy meal, we made fabulous whole wheat pizza. You can choose to use whole wheat pizza crust or Nann; either way, you are carving out the calories. The one pictured below, contains spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, and a dash of goat cheese. Nevertheless, you can top it off with whichever toppings that you please. 


Directions:

Place pizza crust/Nann on alumnium foil
Spread pizza sauce or eggplant sauce on the crust
Top with your favorite toppings
