Monday Madness

One would swear that sometimes there is literally not enough hours in the day to even have a snack, let alone a meal! With the demands of work, school, family and activities, it is totally possible to go the entire day with only a couple of wheat thins.  You would think as foodies, that can't be so, but Magen and I have managed to do just that on multiple occasions.  After coming across an awesome article on time management for healthy eating habits with one of the world's renowned chef's, Giada De Laurentils, we knew we had to share with the rest of you busy-bodies.  Remember to eat, rest, and live healthy!
